Never run out of their favorite treats. Here's how our Subscribe & Save works.

What's included

Subscribe & Save is available on our All-Natural Turkey Bacon Dog Biscuits, All-Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter Dog Biscuits, Two-Pack Dog Biscuit Sampler, and Mixed Bag Dog Treat Biscuits.

Your discount

Subscribers save the percentage shown on the product page on every subscription order.

How billing works

Your subscription automatically renews. Your payment method on file is charged when you first sign up, then again at the start of each delivery cycle on the schedule you choose, until you cancel. Each charge includes the item price (with your discount), plus applicable shipping and taxes.

Shipping

Shipping is weight-based and calculated at checkout. Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of each renewal.

Skip or cancel anytime

There's no minimum commitment. You can skip a delivery or cancel at any time by logging into your account at bigdaddybiscuits.com/account, or by contacting us. To stop an upcoming charge, skip or cancel before your next renewal date. Cancelling stops future orders; it does not refund orders that have already been charged.

Returns

Because our treats are food products, they are final sale and can't be returned. If something's wrong with your order, contact us. We're always here to make it right.

Price changes

If the price of a subscription item changes, we'll notify you before your next charge, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
